I do have a town, I am more familiar with, that is Rochester NY. I know the market pretty well there and am considering this as a place to invest.
However, since I am not restricted to a certain town, I figured there might be better towns out there. I do not want to stick with the first town I see.

The idea to find a club in the area is a very valubla advice! I certainly will do this. Do you know if these clubs meet only face-to-face or is there any way I can get involved by using the internet?

I'm an investor from Europe, motivated to start RE investments in the USA. I am interested in cashflowing properties to keep and rent out and create a passive income on the long term.

At this moment I am looking for a market in the USA to start my business. I am doing research and have specific towns in mind. However, I would like to hear your opinions about what might be the best market at this moment for my purpose?
