Hello Everyone: I am working on my first direct mail campaign. I would like to try three different lists, absentee, high equity and probate. Who would you recommend I purchase the list from?

My why? This was a question or thought I struggled with for a long time. I too love nice things but it wasn't until I had to help my mom move into a so so area of town that I realized it. My why is to be able to take care of my parents in retirement like they took care of me when I was a child. It is to teach my niece and nephews the importance of becoming financially independent. It is to get to a point in life financially where I, we can make a difference by giving back. Thank you for allowing me to share.

Hello Everyone:

My name is Felix Pena.  I currently live in Chicago, IL and am a licensed agent in the state of Illinois.  Perhaps my intro is confusing as it states I am new member from Kenosha, WI.  I lived there for the last ten years of my life and have recently moved to Chicago.  My goal is to invest in southeastern Wisconsin.  Specifically, Kenosha, Racine and Milwaukee.  

I worked as a retail Sales Manager for the last 15 years of my life.  I worked for a great company but just was not happy.  I have decided to do what I should have done 20 years ago but never had the courage to, pursue a career in Real Estate.  I currently own two rental properties.  One in Illinois and the other in Wisconsin.  My goal is to build a successful wholesaling business.  I will use the profits form said business to build my rental portfolio.  

I have also been fortunate to become part of brokerage in Illinois that supports me as a new agent. I recently sold my first home and it was an amazing experience.

I came upon BiggerPockets when I was studying to get my real estate license.  I had a 45 minute drive.  I looked up real estate podcast so I could listen to on my way down.  BiggerPockets has proven to be a pivotal part in making my decision to leave the corporate world easy.
