Hello Pocket Friends....I just want to thank all of you for the replies re: MOLD. Each one has been helpful !
Wishing all the BP family the best in all your ventures, Frances & Richard
Robert, Thanks for your very comprehensive comments! You covered most of the things we were wondering about and I'm sure it will all be helpful to us when we need it. The one thing we had never thought of is the possible connection if there is a penicillin allergy. That is the case for Richard, my husband & business partner. He has that allergy so we especially appreciate the heads up on that one! Again, thank you very much for taking time to respond. I think we're going to like this blog !!! All the best, Fran & Richard
Interesting information...thanks a lot.
Hi Bigger Pockets Friends.....This is my first time on your web blog so I may not do it all right, but will just ask my question and see what happens. There is a Home Path property we are considering for rehab/resale in the Chicago suburbs, but we are told that there is a mold problem and we must protect ourselves from possible contamination / inhalation when entering for inspection. We have never actually had to deal with mold before but know it's not uncommon so maybe someone out there can tell us how to get started dealing with it, if we decide to offer. I'm guessing that most contractors know what to do but can't reach our guy right now and I wanted to get acquainted on this blog anyway so here I am. I guess most important to us is the possible cost and that it be done right. Comments? Thanks
