Hey David!

Your story is super inspiring and congratulation on everything you have accomplished. I am newbie to real estate wholesaling and I've been debating if I just want to start with being an agent to gain more knowledge and get that support or just continue on my wholesaling journey. Which, has been a challenge. Sometimes I do feel stuck and don't know what to do next. Do you have any tips or advance you would give to someone like me just starting off.

Hello everyone, I am new to the business world of real estate and wanted to know if it was best for me to get my real estate license first to gain some knowledge before going in to wholesaling and what are some suggestions on how to get started?
