@Steven Wilson After reading your post I started looking to the area you suggested(Ohio). You you have any recommendations on management company? Agent? Wholesalers?

Once again, I appreciate you taking out the time to share.

@Brandon Ribeiro Thank you for taking the time out to write and to me. I would be interested in PA. Do you have any recommendations of affordable areas in PA to invest for rental income?

Hello everyone,

I have been saving up some money and currently have about 150k that I would like to invest in a few turnkey properties, and was wondering what areas do members suggest. I was told Flint, MI with a good property manager is worth the invenvesment. Does anyone have experience with this area?

Thanks in advance

Francis

Hello everyone,

Today I went to our local Sheriff's foreclosure sale for the first time and every house that was on the list as of last night got rescheduled. Is this the norm for Sheriff's sales? Since I'm very new at REI I'm a little nervous to pay top dollar for list from sites like listsource and was wondering if there are any free list out there?

Thank you in advance

Even the Terminator has something to say about this.
