Hi I have been reading as much as I can on this great forum,

Newbie question - When I search properties on the county website --    am I right to assume that when I see properties titled with the word trustee that the property is in fact at some stage of the probate process --   exception being to the ones titled with the words "living trust" which I'm going to guess are folks managing assets and not as the result of the probate process.
