Hey frank thanks for your reply. Reonomy has a service that allows you to filter your search criteria for property owners and it gives you the owners contact information that you'd need to send them a letter. Is that something you could help me with? TIA

If I'm understanding you correctly, you want to filter all properties in Austin / the metro area for multifamily, then export them as a list that contains something like:
- The subject property address (e.g., 1104 Sabine St, Austin, TX 78701)
- The owner's address (e.g., 2500 Bee Caves Rd Bldg 111 Ste 550 Austin, TX 7874)

So that you can use Ballpoint to send mailers out to them. Is that correct?
