Good morning,

I flip, buy and hold or list properties in and around Orlando. I have done the out of state rehab and I would not recommend it unless you have a local team. And even then there would be a vetting process. Which turnkey providers have you worked with? I know of some that are really good. It also depends on your long term goals. What are you trying to accomplish in your real estate investing?

Thank you for your thoughts. 1973 so no lending and I’ll buy it outright. Yes it can be insured per the broker.

Good morning,

I currently own several single family home rentals and I am considering buying my first mobile home to rent. It’s on owned land and I can buy it right. Any input from those who own mobile homes as to things I should consider before buying a mobile home to rent? The net return would be double digit. My concern is the decreasing value of the home. I am doing this for cash flow. Housing is in short supply where I live like most places.

Any helpful thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Happy Wednesday!

I don’t have a contractor. I work with a property management co that handles all of that...

Thank you both for your response. Jennifer I’m walking some properties tomorrow Wednesday in Indy to possibly buy. Kerry I’d love to talk a bit if you have time.

Hello and good morning. I just joined Bigger Pockets. I live in Florida and have bought many rentals in Indianapolis. For those who live in Indy, is it still a good time to buy? I realize the deal needs to make sense. Just asking more the atmosphere in Indy now economically etc. Any insights would be greatLY appreciated. Thank you, Frank
