Hello Bigger Pockets Team,

I am looking to sell two duplexes in Florida (my Dad's property).  Does Florida use title companies to close the transactions or do lawyers handle the deals.  In Virginia, we typically use title companies that have lawyers.  I appreciate any help you can offer.  Also, if anyone in the Bigger Pockets network would like to purchase them Please contact me at [email protected]
