Viking capital does a lot of Syndication deals in Atlanta. Also check out the left field investors group. They have a podcast as well. Great group of investors.

Hello all. I'm a newbie and I'm looking for my first deal. Interested in buy and hold SFH investment properties in the south Atlanta area. I have been driving for dollars and have found some distressed properties. How do I find out the information of the owner of the house to contact them. I have searched online but can't find a free website that offers this information. I know which brokerage company sold the house though. Should I contact them? Any information would be helpful.

Post: Max out Roth or save for real estate?

@Tyler Hogan

I would definitely take on the "good debt" now and use the money from maxing out your Roth IRA as leverage to boost your earning potential and passive stream of income.

You’re obviously an entrepreneurial and business minded individual. Take the risk now, not when you’re 65 and close to retirement age.

In your case. Don't max out the Roth. You're not saving on taxes by contributing to it anyway. Let what you already have in there grow. I think the biggest thing right now is don't take out loan a from your IRA and 401K accounts.

Call this guy. Jim Thomas. He’s on BP. Send him a message. Sounds like you need a Lawyer for an eviction. I have not worked with them but I was in a previous post

SELF-MANAGE - DON'T HIRE A PROPERTY MANAGER!!

We are a group of tech-savvy managers, contractors, lawyers, and an architect. Our collective experience helps real estate investors find money-makers, spend rehab funds wisely, find worthy renters, and manage the processes involved with tenants: document signing, bookkeeping, work order requests, online payments, lease disputes, evictions, repairs, inspections, Section 8 tasks, and all other Landlord assistance. Each property owner can maintain a hands-off relationship with their properties in the Atlanta market while watching its activities online in their portal. Nothing happens without your ability to see and approve.

We analyze wholesale acquisition opportunities before you buy, then we help you allocate funds toward the most cost-effective repairs before marketing the property. This process is a Landlord Assistance program, not a Property Management structure. That means the cost is far less than a Property Manager. We help you self-manage while accomplishing the efficiencies of hands-off management from a distance.

If you are interested in owning properties in the vibrant Atlanta market and need assistance with the entire process, send me a message and let's discuss how we can help. Don't hire a Property Manager before contacting us. We are the less-costly alternative to a Property Manager.
