Hello BP!

My name is Frank Lewis and I am originally from New Jersey. I (somewhat) recently graduated from NJIT and moved to Santa Clarita, California to work for Northrop Grumman. My short-term real estate goals are to acquire a SFH in Palmdale with an FHA Loan, occupy for the required time and then rent. I am pre-qualified, and currently on the prowl for my first property. Long-term, I hope to have a substantial and profitable real estate portfolio. I have been perusing the BP forums and blogs for some time and will definitely continue to look here for tools, tips, and tricks.
