I don't know that you'll find one advertising "ADU builder", but I'd call GC's and ask if they've worked on new builds, ADU's, and projects requiring re-zoning (if needed for your ADU).

Hi,

I am interested in building a ADU in my backyard in CT but I have a hard time looking for ADU builders in my area. If anyone who has any info I will greatly appreciate it.
