I might be wrong but if he's looking for a VA loan, it's the only "true" 100% loan out there....

I also believe they just raised the FICO requirement to 620 up from a 580.

Make sure you link up with a lender who really does know how to do a VA loan... A lot of them out there claim they do and mess it up! hmmm, sounds like a lot of credit repair company's...haha

I agree with Alina.... i actually like true credit. If you click on the printer friendly version it gives a bit more info which is nice....

100's of credit reports a day?! holly cow! It takes me like 15-30 on each report. You must be a machine! :)

Again, i also agree Tri-merges are useless for properly analyzing somebody's credit....

That stinks, sorry you had to find out the hard way....

If you need basic repair I'll tell you how to do it yourself....

Feel free to PM me.

Frank

Josh is correct. They will look at your personally.

A trick that i've suggested a ton of times just before applying for any type of loan or credit increase.

If you have credit cards under a business name, they will not be reported to your credit report UNLESS you are 90 days delinquent.

Sooooo, if you are applying for something and want to "hide" your debt, transfer your personal credit card debt to your business credit cards.

No, I'm an educator. I speak to students at high schools and collegues.

I have interviewed many credit repair company's in which i send my referrals to but I will not mention them publicly here because I don't think i'm allowed to.

Just trying to help you guys out.

I had a client who had $200k in credit card debt. He had a mid FICO of 708. Why? because he had $450k in available credit :o

It's all a ratio, has nothing to do with the dollar amount. Still amazing though huh?!

Hello all,

I just wanted to address something i've been hearing often lately.

If somebody is claiming they are getting great results with credit repair because of a a great attorney they are using, run the other way.

Attorney's have NO advantage.

It's not about the law. Anybody here can break down the FCRA and draw up legal documents etc. The questions is, what to do with them?

To be effective you have to know how the Bureau's work! YOU CANNOT OUT ATTORNEY'S THE BUREAU'S!!

Sorry for my rant but company's use attorney's for nothing more than marketing.
