Great *Off Market* flip / rental / owner finance opportunity in La Marque! Not a lot of updated properties so a basic clean up and a landlord can shoot for top of market rents. All big ticket items are in good shape! Tenants are month-month at $1000/mo.

Hello Houston Bigger Pockets! I am a Real Estate Finance Major at The University of Houston C.T. Bauer College of Business and this is my first post to the forums. 

Below is a link to the most detailed map of Houston development, demolition, and permit issuance I have ever seen. The data is pulled from "the Harris County Appraisal District's (HCAD) public data site" by "the Kinder Institute in early 2016". The data spans 2005 to 2015.
