We’re looking for an international Real Estate professional with contacts and experience to handle this sale for our client.

Vacation Home, large 2 story 3/2 in excellent condition in the countryside of Torremendo, 20 minutes from the beach on the west coast of Spain. Valued at $157,637 could accept a 30% reduction for a quick Cash sale at end of January. Sold fully furnished, air conditioned, living room, lounge, separate dining, 3 large bedroom, 2 full bath, balconies, solarium on roof top and satellite TV dish.

Client's info:  " The house is valued at 144,000 euros, but we would probably accept 100,000 to 120,000 euros

We live in the countryside city of Torremendo, Spain (owners live in England) in a community of mixed Spanish and British and we have a lake behind our house with lots of pathways for walks and cyclists all around it. The house is in great condition and will be sold furnished, plus a satellite tv dish on the private solarium on our roof. Yes the end of January is our time scale, although if we got the offer we want, then we would sell it fast for cash before that time period. "

I just received a new prospect through our website with a countryside home in the city of

Torremendo, Spain, the owner is Scottish and I believe he lives in England.

I've attached the info the owner sent me yesterday;

Hello BP Associates,

I've received a lead from our website, from a prospect that has a vacation home in the countryside of the city of Torremendo in Spain, and wants out by end of January. I’ve requested photos and more details... What I know so far, is that it’s in nice condition, and inside a community mix of Spanish and British families, with a lake in back. The owners feel it’s worth around USD$157,000 but will accept around $110 to $120,000 USD... a 30% discount.

Do you have a source that we can turn this lead and get a finders fee.

Hi Nick,

My only interest is to hopefully socialize with more local BiggerPockets members. I'm not looking to sell any personal services, nor am I interested in being an organizer of a group.

I agree with Brandon, this is a different platform that should not be tied nor promoted through the MeetUp platform.

So, all I'm suggesting that someone like yourself takes the initiative to setup a date and a place close to Aventura that will make sense for both Miami & broward BiggerPocket members... and get the word out here only to our members. This is a simple call-to-action get together to our local Miami/Ft. Lauderdale without any "BiggerPockets group" label.

"Miami/Ft. Lauderdale BiggerPockets members getting together - Place & Date... who's coming?" Don't use the word meet or meetup anyplace...

Simple.

Why don't we start our own network event here in North Miami, perhaps close to Aventura which will be good for every BiggerPockets member from Miami and Ft. Lauderdale?

I think the MeetUp events might have individuals with a different mind set from our members (and I could be totally wrong).

What do you think? Is there enough of us to start our own members network monthly event?
