ADU's are created units of housing on a lot. Examples are granny flats, gueest houses, etc.

i am an out of state investor seeking a partnership with Property Management companies with 5-20 unit Management experience. Many of the managers I have worked with in the area are more experienced with 1-4 unit properties. Could anyone point me in the direction of teams that have small apartment experience?
