Thanks everyone!

@Leigh C I would love to work with a mentor but the ones I've found in my area are out of my price range. For now, I'll Josh, Brandon and BP be my mentors :)

Just wondering when is a good time to start engaging the services of an accountant, lawyer, broker etc?

Being new to investing I'm worried about wasting their time if I haven't got myself sorted.

Thanks!

Hi Ryan!

I may be in touch as there really aren't any genuine Financial Planners in NZ. There are only mortgage/insurance brokers with financial planning as an attached title...

Thanks!

Hi BPers,

On & off lurker here that's finally taking the plunge into property and seeking some advice.

My wife and I are looking for a Financial Planner to help get us going (overall wealth plan). Any help or recommendations is greatly appreciated.

So far we have written our first property investing goal: Buy 4 houses a year.

We know its a bit naff but getting to that goal was liberating in itself and we're excited to grow from it.

Thanks in advance!

Fred
