Please provide some of your experiences with getting started. And I was also curious about hud homes as rental properties? 

I have read many articles on getting started up in real estate investing but I am yet to get a lot of feedback from personal experience. I am hoping to get as much guidance as possible on getting started with rental properties and flipping as well. I look forward to your assistance and growing from your experience.
