Hi Emilio: Rates go from 6.375% to 7.625% based on LTV. The higher the LTV, the higher the rate. 60% to 80% LTV. It's a 30 year amortized, 5 year fixed ARM. Prepayment penalty goes on a sliding scale 5,4,3,2,1. After one year, there is a 4% of principal due, etc down to 0 after 5 years. That's why I advertised it as "buy and hold." This is not a good fix and flip option. You can use it anytime you want for a flip if your budget allows for the prepayment. thanks, Greg
