I have two lenders now available nationwide willing to fund investor loans with no tax return needed. SFH, townhouse, condo, 1-4 unit and commercial loans available. Rates are competitive. No tax return needed to verify income. 30 year amortization. 20% minimum down payment for purchase. 75% LTV on refinance. No rehab funds available with this program. No need to ask about ARV. Lender will not participate in rehab. Now lending in 43 of 50 states. Rates from 6-8%. $50,000 minimum purchase price. Buy and Hold is best option but can be used for fix and flip. SFH, 2-4 unit, condo or townhome. 650 minimum credit score. Contact me directly at [email protected]

Adam: Each property is priced on its merits. Rates can go as low as 8% and LTV can be as high as 90%. This is a 6-12 month loan. Interest only payments. Do you have a property in mind that we can price out for you?....thanks, Greg

Blanket loan product can be used for purchase of new investment properties or refinance of existing investment properties. You can place 3 or more (unlimited #) of these properties into one loan, one note, one payment. Max LTV is 75%. $300,000 minimum loan amount. $40,000 minimum property value. Refinance can be used for lowering overall payments or for cash out. Purchase allows investor to buy 3 or more properties with one loan. Rates are competitive. John: We do not lend on lots. Must be SFH, condo, townhouse, etc, with rental income. No ARV at all. This is not a fix and flip product of any kind. Full appraisals are done on each property. You can sell a property in the group as long as the lender approves the replacement property. There is no time limit on this loan. It is ongoing.....Greg
