We fund land loans in 50 states. These loans are available for either agricultural land or for land purchase for development. Long term rates are available or bridge loans as well. Agricultural loans are for farms, ranches, horse property, vineyards, hobby farms, etc. Some ag income is required to fund these loans. Ag loans are normally long term. Cash out refinance available as well as purchase. Ag loans are $500,000 and up. Development loans can be for any size and amount. Prefer $1 million and up but will consider lower amounts on a case by case basis. Development land loans are short term bridge loans for 1-2 years. We do not fund the development project.
