Hi Alex, I've worked with investors who do buy and holds in the Garner area. I was able to assist them in finding properties that had good bones that required more cosmetic touches rather than full guts down to the studs. I have seen some of their before and after photos and I was really impressed by what they've been able to do with some of these places. Needless to say they are never at a loss of finding potential renters who want to rent one of their properties. Because of the work they do with their properties, their business runs purely off of word of mouth.
