It's actually a poultry farm. Not in the business yet. It's big around here, and we have several friends that are in the business and really enjoy it. The particular one we are looking at has an employee who has been there for several years who pretty much does it all. We would be more of an assistant to her and manage the income and expenses.

Thanks for asking. It's actually very interesting to watch the whole operation.

I stumbled across this site while looking for financing for a farm. We have already found one here to purchase but trying to find financing is another story. Anyways, our goals are to purchase the farm and hopefully become debt free in three to four years. We also would like to expand the farm to make it more profitable. I'm so glad I found this site and look forward to learning tons as I read all the threads.
