Hi, 

I used it on some laminate flooring for a flip. Turned out awesome. Just make sure the floor is really clean. And don't walk on it for a few hours.

I flipped four houses in 2015 and have one rental house. Looking to find more rental houses in the ocala area. And flip six houses in 2016.

If it sells I would try and pay more the 55k. Depends on the condition. New roof? AC? Ocala is strange right now. Banks are keeping most of the houses lately.
