Thanks Eric, I appreciate the advice. I am leaning towards investing in Bed-stuy and will tailor down my search between a 20 block radius. I am planning on looking at one bedrooms anything I can possibly convert to a two bedroom (I have an architectural background and willing to fix the property up a bit). I got a private loan for 100k and looking at properties that are max 350k.

Hi all, I am new to real estate investing and figuring out where I want to make my first investment. I am considering Bed-Stuy (Brooklyn) Westchester County, or Queens. I would love to hear advice anyone has to share. Thanks!
