Hi all

I’m seeking a realtor partner who can help source off-market or on-market deals that meet specific investment criteria, and who also has qualified renters or rent-to-own clients already looking in those same areas.

Here’s what I bring:

I’m an investor able to close quickly and purchase homes for the right tenant-buyer.

• I handle all the financing, ownership, and accounting — I just need help sourcing deals and filling them with responsible residents.
• I’m open to creative structures (lease-option, delayed purchase, etc.) if it helps match good people to the right home.

Ideal Agent Partner:

Has experience working with renters who want to become owners

Knows of families or individuals with stable income but challenges qualifying for a mortgage

Can help identify homes that are rent-ready and within a buy box (I’ll provide)

Ideally local to or actively working in the Sun Belt.
