Hello everyone. I am a complete newbie in RE. I work about 45 hours per week in corporate finance. I want to learn and evolve in RE and eventually leave the corporate world. I've been hearing that wholesaling is the ideal starting point for novices. The education field out on the web is plenty, but I am not sure spending thousands of $$ on these "wonderful" courses is the way to go. I would appreciate anyone's input on your ideas of how to get started. Thank you all.
