@Caroline Gerardo thank you so much for that! I went driving around my local neighborhoods and subconsciously looked for these things. I also noticed the transitions from poorer areas to more B and A class areas.

What are fundamental and new age ways of getting motivated sellers and leads? How can someone create a funnel for a consistent stream of deals to assign? Also what are creative ways to do this as well? Paid and free?
