.25 acre vacant lot, utilities on site, ready to build, zoned R-4(multi family). Near one of the major universities in Arizona. Guidance, direction, networking,....partnership in some way. I truly believe it’s worth a look for any investor, that can also help me gain real experience, understanding and income never hurts.

I purchased and refinanced a townhome under VA loan. I didn't have enough benefit balance(loan limits) to buy another SFR but benefit amount goes up if purchasing a multi-fam. Anyone ever try this?

@Basit Siddiqi

Yes, one preps docs and the other is the one that actually files. I don’t feel it’s efficient to say the least.

I have a cpa(only prepares my tax docs) and a separate tax filer that is also a cpa.

I feel I need to change due to them not real estate, investment directed.

Also, would appreciate feedback on adding to my team and which are key to having first as my business and I grow?

@Mike M.

Hi Mike

I’m a in Gilbert Az. and researching. I just recently found a tax advisor/cpa company that is very competent in real estate. It involves every other week mtgs, strategizing, planning etc. and they charge close to $10k upfront for initial 6 months and continuing fees(which is understandable). Is this normal structure for tax advising and cpa services?
