Hi There -
I'm new to wholesaling and had a couple of questions. What are some good strategies for recruiting callers and drivers? I've hired a cold-calling service in the past, but their service was super shoddy. Anybody have any tips?
Thank you!

Hi Everyone -
I was hoping someone could give me tips on hiring drivers and cold-callers. I have had little experience and back luck with both of these!
The cold-calling service I called was poor quality and they came across as "scam-ey". Does anybody have an tips/pointers on how to go about hiring good drivers and cold-callers for investing?
Thank you!

Hi Everyone!
I was wondering if anybody had any ideas or knows a good way to find good drivers and callers for my wholesaling business? I am independent and work alone now. I tried hiring a cold-calling agency, but it was super poor quality.
Any suggestions? Anybody use a person/agency that worked well that they'd recommend? Same questions - but for drivers?
Any help is suuuuuuper appreciated. Thank you!

Thank you both! See, I am using batchskiptracing now - I know the owners are pretty darned accurate (I had them hand-pulled from the county assessor); but, for some reason the phone numbers are terrible!

Hello All!
What bulk skip-tracing services have you seen good luck with? Roughly what rate of accuracy should I be expecting? I have a super big list and I paid a decent amount of money, but it has a super super low accuracy rate (~5%).
Thank you for your help!

Hello!
I was wondering if anybody had any luck doing their own organic leads data? I built my own and am at a crossing roads. Should I use it for myself, or should I sell it to others to use? What has your experiences been on mailing lists? What return rate/response rate should I expect just running a passive marketing campaign?
Any tips or advice is greatly apprecaited!

Hello,
I'm new to the game. I'm looking at mailing lists. How much should I pay per 1,000 properties? How many post cards should I send to the same address and what return/response rate should I expect? Has anyone ever had luck building their own organic list?
I know nothing is exact in this business, so I'd appreciate hearing about your experiences. Any help is a HUGE help! Thank you!!!
Hi there - has anybody had success creating their own organic mailing list? Could you share what the best ways you found in monetizing it? I created an organic mailing list of about 8K properties (it took quite a long time and was a little pricey, but it turned out highly accurate (~85%)).
I've considered mailers, but I've also considered selling the list out-right. I appreciate your thoughts and input.
Thank you!
