Hey all, I'm fairly new to wholesaling and I was wondering if any experienced wholesalers here would explain how they talk to a client that wants to sell their home. Since you won't actually be the buyer of the property. I understand the process of putting a house under contract and that jazz, but how would I explain when/how they get their money? Thanks
