Hello BP Community!! 

I just wanted to provide an update on my progress since my post 4 months ago, so much of it has been down to some of the amazing people I have met through BP...

- I have gone through the legal process of setting up a joint venture agreement with my investor through an RE attorney.

- I have picked an OS market that fits my RE goals (cash flow!!)

- I have several agents in the market helping source deals that fit my criteria.

- I have found a contractor that I fully trust to work on future projects I purchase

- I have 2 offers in on SFH right now!

I am also now a fully fledged Realtor in San Diego and I work for a brokerage that sources distressed real estate to Investors. We cash close on 15-20 properties a month that we move on to other investors. 60% of our deals are off market and our inventory is 100% private. All we do is buy and sell real estate.

I still have a LOOONG way to go, but it feels good to share the small wins and maybe encourage anyone who was as raw as I was a few months back. YOU CAN DO IT!

Hi BP community!

I have been looking to break into RE and have spent the past couple of months studying, networking, touring properties, meeting with investors, realtors etc.

Like many others, the current pandemic has eliminated much of my day-to-day work. However, I am fortunate enough to still be getting paid.

I would really like to use my spare time to "internship" for someone in some capacity and develop some news skills through real hands on experience. Prospecting effectively, deal analysis, and financing deals are just some of the areas I have a strong interest in.

Quick background on myself; 32 years old, originally from Manchester, England. Moved to US at 19 to player soccer in college. Masters degree in Business Management with Leadership emphasis. Career experience has mostly been in sales and business development.
