Hi all! I have a few thousand dollars lying around in my online savings account with Ally. I’ve been contemplating throwing in 500 a month out of it into etf’s while leaving a couple thousand for cushion just in case. Would you all recommend this route or know of any better ways to compound my savings? Thanks!
Hey all! I am new to investments in real estate and am saving up my money/paying off my student loans to get into a real investment property. But in the meantime I’ve come across wholesale real estate and was wondering if anyone has done this before, has insight etc. any and all information is welcome thanks again!

I am 23, living in the KC area currently looking to purchase my first property and do a house hack with a duplex or triplex. I am currently looking at different locations for loans and prices. What are some good tips to keep in mind throughout the process to make it as easy as possible on the loan side as well as when/if I get the property. Thanks all!
