Does anyone have data on long-term cap rates in Canada?

I'm specifically looking for charts or graphs of cap rates for the last 30-40 years. This would primarily be for retail, multi-family.

I have not looked into heavily. General cost is around $3k for a 6 week course. If you google MIT real estate investing the course will come up. Seems decent but wondering how practical it is.

Anyone taken the online MIT or Cornell real estate investing courses? I'm looking for a good course either online or in person that is worthwhile. I am not looking for an agent or broker course. Particularly looking for analysis type course. Any help appreciated.
