Thanks Chad I will check out the other forums. I mostly get Nervous about getting it cleaned and all the other parts with STR. One bad review and seems things can go down hill.

I am actually looking at a small house in Arden.

From what I have found is outside city limits is str friendly.

Hello everyone, I’m getting close to retiring from the military and I am looking to do a short term rental in the Asheville, NC area. I would love to hear some Hurdles and ideas required to run/Manage a short term from a distance. I currently live 6 hours away and I’m moving to Norfolk this summer. I’m super excited to jump into this world but would love to get some advice.
