I have a stipulated judgement against a former tenant who is in breach.  Can anyone recommend a good debt collection attorney in los angeles area?  Thanks

Thanks for the reply.  Good suggestions.  Interestingly. It has been Texas that was the most challenging.  I ultimately found 2 agents one for CA & TX and another for NY.

Hey all.  I'm wondering if anyone can recommend an insurance company or broker that can cover properties in multiple states.  I have houses in CA, NY, and TX and it's a pain keeping up with the various agents and policies.  Would love to find someone that could take them all on, and even better put them under a single umbrella.    Help is appreciated!
