Just a quick thought, beings the locks are under a master key there is a company called "Knox". They produce a locked box that is secured by a lock that only your Fire Department can access. By installing one at the front of that property the Fire Department will see the reflective decal and know that box has everything needed to access all doors on the property saving you hundreds of dollars in damage due to forced entry situations. If the property has Motor Gate Entry the box will be part of installation, so the FD can switch the gates open.

So your County assessor says its less than advertised? Does the Seller Agent have a Real estate license? If so, you have a remedy. The State Real Estate board for your state will certainly investigate the situation. In no Parallel Universe does misrepresentation even Legal little lone Ethical.

We are underway with getting the Homeless into safe, clean housing but so much more is needed. We are needing an Army of volunteers to help with this hurqulien effort to irraticate Homelessness nationwide once and for all. We are still in need of Private Lenders for property acquisitions, backed by 1st position deed Section 8 and others.

We are going to be in need of Clothes, Food, Physical Hygiene Products, Housewares, Furniture, Understanding, Education, Compassion, and help with the transformation, back into normalsy. Everyone of God Allmightys children deserve to be out of harms way!

We as a society can no longer let this continue to be part of our National fabric, our cities, states are to overburdened to see this through, by working together we will make this tragic situation a thing of the past and finally put in place concrete steps to see this never happens again. Thank You! Southwestern Assets Corporation Gary Couch Managing Partner

Hello Everyone,

I am focusing my efforts on procuring Multi Family properties no larger than 30 units. What I am needing is a Private lender that understands this type of scenario. I am wanting to put them into section 8 helping the homeless in Phoenix. We are partnering with the City of Phoenix and HUD on a couple of rebuilds and the market rates are 19% higher than at large rents.

We really want to get a move on with this endeavor asap.  We thank you very much for your time.
