I have found that most tenants do not want an eviction on their resumes. He has only been there a short time, talk to him about your misgivings and that you think that it won’t work. Perhaps offering a small cash inducement to vacate without the headache of eviction.

I was very active in Real Estate Investing in the early 2000’s

Got busy with a couple of construction ReUse facilities and just dabbled since 2008.

Sold two properties this year and would like to get back into it. I have flipped about 40 properties but want to learn to do it smarter and better.

Would like to network with some like minded people.
