Good Morning Jackie, thank you for responding. I am actually just starting out on this venture and don’t have any deals in the pipeline yet. My vision is to have a list of a few lenders as well as a list of borrowers that need funding for their deals/projects. I just want to make sure they have been vetted beforehand so we all can trust and know that our interests are secure. I am basically a connector as I know plenty of lenders and plenty of borrowers. It sounds like we have the same goals in mind and I would love to connect with you and be able to work together.
