 Lack of action because of fear is the main reason for failure in RE business. Don't spend thousands of dollars on rehashed Real Estate courses. The only thing you need is pro membership in BP. Its has all kinds of training to succeed in RE business. Most important is to learn to evaluate the deals. TAKE ACTION and you will succeed.

It's illegal on the part of a disabled veteran, whether you are 10% or 100% disabled,  to utilize property tax exemption for rental properties. Its meant for homestead only.

Most of the so called wholesalers are not true wholesalers. They are daisy chains. Run your own numbers before you decide to make an offer. Most wholesalers prey on the newbies.
