The amount of knowledge on this site is amazing! You will find everything you need by just searching the posts. I would definately suggest that you join a local REI group to get to know the players in your area.

I used to live in Brevard when I worked at the Cape, but with the retirement of the Shuttle Program looming, I had to make the move back to Orlando for new oppotunities before the end. I'm always looking to Network! That's the name of the game, right... Yes, I have found how easy the hours can tick by on this site!!! Great place to be!

My name is Bobby... Just starting my hand out at real estate investing and would like to get serious about it. I am looking to start with Wholesaling and REO's and see where that is going to lead me. One goal I have in mind is to complete my first deal within the next 2 months. This site seems to be a great place to start! I do know that I have lots of things that I need to learn whether it be from books, mentors, expert advice, or real life experiences. I'm looking to gain from the experience on this site and hopefully meet a few local investors along the way.
