Hello BP,

My name is Gavan, I am currently working for an architecture and interior design company as a business analyst. Looking to get into real estate investing with my very first deal. My goal is to eventually get into new home development but looking to get my start in wholesaling, flipping and holding multifamily properties. 

The knowledge and experience here on BP is great and I look forward to it becoming a great resource for me as I pursue my ventures. If anyone has any insight in the Utah market or would like to connect in the Salt Lake area, I would gladly accept.
