I'm reaching out to seek help underwriting an 18unit multifamily. The owner is open to seller finance if possible. Currently cash flow negative. Appraised at 3.2m as is. After project completion and rent stabilization appraisal value is 5.4m. Needs to be structured so that is cash flows day 1. 

I have a multifamily, 17unit property that i need help underwriting. Have the Financials, and this one is tricky but there's great appreciation in it.
