Hi @Andrew Beauchemin , I have a client that's ready to step up into these large complexes so I'm looking for a bit of insight into some of the differences to consider when looking at properties this large, more around the execution of the deal.

If you have a moment to talk, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Garry

Hello,

I'm looking for a broker resource that has done deals on large (100+ unit) apartment complexes.  I'd like to understand more about how these deals work and things I should be on the lookout for.

If anyone can help, I'd be greatly appreciative.

Thanks,

Garry

Hi Terrence,

Welcome to BP.  I work with RE investors in the Durham market and happy to help you navigate these waters towards your first investment.  Feel free to reach out whenever you have questions.

Looking forward to connecting with you.

Regards

Garry

Hi Nick & Aaron,

I focus strictly on investment and commercial properties in the Durham area and am happy to help you with your investment needs. I have another client that lives in VA and invests in Durham as well. I'd be happy to help you with your search needs. Please IM me and we can discuss the current off market opportunities that are out there.

I'm seeing 7% caps right now for the types of properties that you are interested in throughout the Durham market.  If you are willing to go to a low C class property I'm finding opportunities to increase your cash flows with below market rate rents.

Hello BP Members,

I recently (6 months ago) moved to Durham and have begun my search for rental properties in the area.  I've been getting some leads lately, and am now in search of a good, reliable General Contractor that specializes in major rehabs of properties < 2000 sqft, generally.

If anyone has any suggestions, I'd greatly appreciate it.  I'll be searching the forums as well.

Thanks,

Garry Cutright
