I bought An investment Multi family for 280k with 3 units 2 years ago and the Zillow price now is 350k. Should i sell it now and use the equity to buy 2 houses instead of one

I am also from CT and i just bought my first rental property. I would like to meet with you guys. Can you share the zoom meeting with me as well.

What if i just bought a property with section 8 tenant with rent 1200 and the section 8 pay 150 to the previous landlord cash but i figured out she wasn’t supposed to pay that. I also got the lease for 1350 ?! Should i continue collecting the 150 and if i decide to not renew the lease is section 8 tenant can give me hard time and don’t leave?

Hi, I am new landlord for a Multifamily with 3 units. I got FHA with owner occupied so what is the best option LLC vs umbrella policy specifically if one of the tenant sued me for discrimination?!

@Mervet Taha The interest rate is 2.25% but I will pay PMI 330$. It's in Branford, CT. I am looking for cash flow for the short term and long term equity.

I am in the process buying a Multifamily. One of the tenant is section 8. The rent currently 1495 and section 8 pay 1335 and the tenat pay the difference. I was thinking to let them know I don't want to renew the lease in June? . What if he refused to leave specially with all the Covid situation? Also this is in Branford CT and its 3 bedroom apartment how do I know what is the max rent I can ask section for it? 

I am in the process buying my first multifamily and it will be FHA. The rent for the 3 units will be 4100. I will live in one of them for the firs year. Is this consider a good deal?!!

Price :500k   Tax: 7400

Rent: 4100
