Yes I can.  I do inspections on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I am usually booked about a week out.  Just need the property details and the level of inspection you are looking for. That way I can give you a price for the inspection. 

I load the report and the videos on Dropbox.

You might find an investor friendly realtor at your local REI group.

Once they list a few properties for you they know helping you find a property to re-hab is a good investment of there time. Searching for bargain properties is not really profitable for them. Selling re-habbed properties may be.

We are contractors and property developers in the Jacksonville area. We also do renovations for investors. 

My wife's family is in Philly and my daughter is moving there to finish her Doctorate. She is looking for a place to rent. If you decide to keep it and rent it out you might have a tenant. She has 2-3 years of college. Has a degree or two already. She wanting to move this year.
