Thanks for the advice. I'm currently taking that advice and reaching out. Also, looking into finding all types of forms I will need for my tenants any recommendations on where to find those?

Hello biggerpockets community!! I have been reading books, forums, and anything I can get my hands on. I have also spent time reviewing listings and running the numbers just for practice. My goal is to start investing using the BRRR method.
I'm now ready for the next step. Should I now start to talk to Lenders, Real Estate Agents, and.... Build my team to be prepared when I may get a deal?
