Depends on how the addition fits with the yard and the neighborhood. If most of your neighborhood are 3 beds with only a few 4 beds then you may over-improve the house and not recoup as much when you sell. On the other hand do you really like the location to ignore that? If you do add-on just make sure the addition is fully permitted and done professionally, the next buyer may have difficulty getting a loan if you don't.

I've used a PC and a Mac. Mac's are great unless you need some very vertically oriented application software. Those aps are almost always written for the PC first and frequently never ported to a mac...

At the end of the month the bank has to total all the REO's they have and calculate their new reserve total. If they can get one more off their books before the recalculation they'll save money. It doesnt' work every time but in some situtations it can improve your chances of getting a better deal - or any deal - accepted.

I was just being facetious. the point is that it is tough to tell if it is a good deal unless you know more about the properties in question.

Adword is definatly the way to go to get traffic before your website matures in the rankings. Depending on your website/marketing strategy you may want to consider the geographic filters to make sure you know where the property is located before you pay for clicks.

So therefore try to find out if there's what's known as a "Flat Fee" realtor in your area. That's one who will list your property for a flat fee. Usually saving you huge in commissions. You still pay the full buyers agent commission, but at least you save like 80% on the listing (seller) agents commission.

WOW - Sounds like you've never been in the real estate business - or associated with a realtor that creates a significant income by "spending 10 minutes typing....". I have nothing agains reduced fee realtors but the bottom line is you get what you pay for. Reduced fee = reduced service.
