That’s right. Not finding anything that really worked for us, I resorted to building our own bespoke solution. I haven’t really dug into how big this market is, but if there are enough people in a similar place as we were, it may be worth me investing a little more to commercialize the platform and license it to others.

I’m not really interested in making that effort if there are some good solutions already out there, but if this is a neglected market, I’ll do it. Before we built our own solution, we were making do with a shared Google sheet.

Andrew - does your system accommodate points-based memberships?

Curious to know if there are good solutions out there for a single property (or just a few properties). More of an turnkey SMB solution for a property co-owned by half a dozen folks than a enterprise-type solution.

Does anyone know of any software that people use with co-owned properties to manage shared use / access / time, etc?
