Call Tools power Dailer. 1.6k leads! If you don’t cast your net and make calls you don’t catch any fish! Making calls is not my fear.  The challenge is the needle in the haystack in getting Motivated Sellers on the phone. To that end , this has been my challenge.  What’s been your success? @Steve . I’ve tried Absentee Owners w/High Equity; Preforclosure , Tax Liens ( owners info is not updated hard to contact) . Haven’t done Direct Mail  or Bandit Signs marketing campaigns due to budget. What am I missing... thanks!  

Please share your success on how you find motivated sellers on a consistent basis. Where do you get your leads from? Who is the best? I'm new to Real Estate, just starting out. This has been my biggest challenge. Thanks so much!
